Shipping:
All packages are shipped within 5 days of purchase, during business hours: Monday-Saturday. If you've ordered a custom piece please allow an extra week to ship. Packages are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation or USPS first class, with delivery confirmation. Priority packages arrive within 2-3 days. Ground packages arrive within 2-10 days, depending on your location.
Priority shipping costs $6.00. Ground shipping costs $3.00. If you need insurance or rush delivery, please contact us, and an extra charge will apply. Other charges also apply to those located outside the US. Certain items have free shipping!
Returns/Exchanges:

Custom Orders:
Indy Grrrl loves to make custom and personalized orders just for you! If you would like to place a custom order, these are the steps to get you started: Contact us with your request. Be prepared with reference(s) from the site, so we know what your likes and dislikes are; ample information is crucial to the production process. A deposit is then requested from you to secure the order, and the final cost will be collected before Indy Grrrl begins crafting your special piece.
